We positively encourage you to come and inspect the quality of our buildings for yourself by visiting our extensive display centre. Located between Woking and Guildford, in Surrey, we display a selection of products from our Trent pressure treated sheds and workshops (soon), Diamond and Crane ranges.
Check out the quality Redwood Deal timber (not the cheaper whitewood) and the thickness of the framework. Examine the quality of construction and attention to detail and you will have to agreed: there really is only one choice for your new garden shed, summer building or workshop and that is '1st Choice Leisure Buildings'
Please note that our display is unmanned. If you have any enquiries whilst you are on site you may ring our dedicated sales line on (01932) 880864 for assistance. This office is normally manned 9.00 to 12.30 Monday to Friday.

Sutton Green Garden Nursery is NORMALLY open 0900-1600 Monday to Saturday
HOWEVER It is NOT normally open on Sundays from October to March
Sutton Green Garden Nursery is very easy to find, about 10-15 minutes from the M25, it is located on the main A320 road between Guildford and Woking. Look for us on the corner of Whitmoor Lane or use our map to help locate us. Should you require directions please contact us
Directions from M25
Leave the M25 at Junction 10 and follows the signs towards GUILDFORD down the A3. Stay on the A3 (do not turn off) UNTIL you see the signs for A322 towards GUILDFORD, HORSHAM & BAGSHOT. As you come down the slip road stay in the right lane and turn RIGHT following the signs for WOKING.
Follow the signs A320 towards WOKING for about 3 miles. When you will see signs for SUTTON GREEN start to signal RIGHT. Turn RIGHT at this junction and Sutton Green Nursery is directly in front of you.
Directions from the A3 coming from the South
Follow the A3 towards GUILDFORD until just after you come down the main hill (on the A3) towards GUILDFORD. Don't take the exit towards the Hospital but come off at the next exit. Follow the signs towards A320 WOKING. This will take you past Currys, PC World, B&Q etc. Turn left just after the Fire Station (which is on the right hand side).
Follow the signs A320 towards WOKING for about 3 miles. When you will see signs for SUTTON GREEN start to signal RIGHT. Turn RIGHT at this junction and Sutton Green Nursery is directly in front of you.
Directions from Woking
Leave WOKING on the A320 following the signs towards GUILDFORD. Continue along this road past Wyevale Garden Centre (at Mayford) and over the next roundabout.
Carry on along the A320 for about 1 mile. When you will see signs for SUTTON GREEN start to signal LEFT. Turn LEFT at this junction and Sutton Green Nursery is directly in front of you.
Directions from Sussex and through Guildford
Follow main road towards GUILDFORD (A286, A281, A283). When you get to GUILDFORD follow the signs through GUILDFORD towards WOKING until you see the A320 road.
Follow the signs A320 towards WOKING for about 3 miles. When you will see signs for SUTTON GREEN start to signal RIGHT. Turn RIGHT at this junction and Sutton Green Nursery is directly in front of you.
