These delightful gazebo s are available either in a superb softwood finish or in hardwood mahogany. The softwood option is constructed from hard wearing European pine which can be stained or painted in any combination or their garden colours - lavender, pastel greens or rusty reds. The hardwood option of mahogany provides a superb base for our top of the range preserver to bring out the deep grain of the timber. But is you prefer a coloured summerhouse the mahogany ensures a beautiful smooth and rich finish.

The Gazebo Summerhouse is finished with the finest leaded lights and furnished with brass fittings and fixtures. Inside, walls are clad with match boarding and floored with tongue and grooved boarding. This gazebo is supplied with double, half glazed, joinery made windows and allowance has been made to ensure maximum sunlight into the building for the finest views.

Cladding:	Externally clad with 16mm shiplap and internally clad with 16mm match boarding
Framing:	38 x 50mm prepared quality timber. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.
Roofs:	The rafters and hips are left exposed. On top of the rafters there is a lining of hardwood ply. A layer of heavy duty bitumen roofing felt (35g) is inserted on top of the ply. Option for felt tiles or cedar shingles.
Floors:	Planed tongue and grooved 19mm boards set on joists.
Door:	All hand made with mortised and tenoned joints and are glazed with 4mm toughened leaded lights. Furnished throughout with fine brass fittings.
Windows:	All hand made with mortised and tenoned joints and are glazed with 4mm toughened leaded lights. Furnished throughout with fine brass fittings.
Height:	Eaves height 6' on all buildings.
Treatment:	Gazebo Chalets and timber summer buildings are treated inside and out in Barrentine Golden Brown presevative. Option for Sikkens (expected 5 year life span) or Vallti (expected 10 year life span) both in a range of colours.
Erection:	Erection onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base is free.
Optional Extras:	Extra windows, felt tiles, cedar shingles, double glazing, lining and insulation.
Nominal Sizes:	All gazebo sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
