Cladding:	19mm Redwood Deal Shiplap (not the cheaper whitewood)
Framing:	38 x 75mm prepared quality timber. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.
Roofs:	19 x 125mm T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors:	19 x 125mm T&G boards on 38 x 75mm tanalised floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres.
Door:	850 x 1800mm mortised and tenoned, framed, ledged and braced, using 19 x 125mm tongue & grooved door boarding on 38 x 75mm planed framing. Door hung with the use of 3 @ 300mm zinc plated, steel T hinges and secured with a galvanised padbolt.Door frame 75 x 75mm. Security pack option
Windows:	610mm square set on 50 x 75mm window frame fitted with 4mm toughened glass. A 1.8m length gets 1 window, every 600mm above this add 1 extra window (this is included in price) to a normal maximum of 6 windows. This can be varied to your own specifications. Georgian optional windows.
Height:	Eaves height 6' on all buildings. Extra height available.
Treatment:	Garden Sheds and timber workshops are treated inside and out in Barrentine Golden Brown presevative. Option for Sikkens (expected 5 year life span) or Vallti (expected 10 year life span) both in a range of colours.
Erection:	Erection onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base is free.
Alterations:	Any size garden shed or timber building made with extra doors, windows or partitions. If not sure please contact us for your personal quote
Optional Extras:	Double doors, extra windows, security pack, georgian windows, extra height, double glazing, lining and insulation.
Nominal Sizes:	All shed sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
